A Saudi doctor issued a warning to teenage girls about three popular foods that harm their health.
A consultant and professor of cardiology and arterial catheterization, Dr. Khaled Al-Nimr, advised adolescent girls to avoid these foods to maintain heart health, according to the Saudi newspaper "Ajel".
He said, "Raja for teenage girls: Stay away from fast food, restaurant orders and sweets, to keep your heart healthy."
He also advised to avoid urging one or both of the parents to taste foods high in salt, sugars and fats.
Al-Nimr emphasized that the results of courtesy of this urgency may cause an increase in pressure or fluid accumulation in the lungs for those who have a pre-existing weakness in the heart.
