The results of a scientific study showed that during eating sweets, the nerve cells responsible for intermediate memory stop working, that is, it is possible not to remember eating food before some time, and to return to the table again.
Scientists at the University of Georgia of America conducted laboratory experiments on rodents that were divided into two groups, the first group was feeding on sweets and sweetened foods, as scientists noticed that the behavior of mice of this group changed and they returned to eating always despite not being hungry.
As for the mice of the second group, they took the amount that made them feel full and left the food provided to them and did not return to it until after they felt hungry again.
Sweets have been shown to negatively affect memory and make people eat more than they need.
