Nutritionist Inna Zykina said, in an interview, that garlic, despite its many health benefits, is a very ferocious food item for humans.


She added, in an interview with the newspaper "Komsomolskaya Pravda", that people who suffer from exacerbation of stomach ulcers, pancreatitis and the presence of stones in the gallbladder, should not eat large quantities of garlic, because it stimulates the secretion of gastric and bile juices, which may exacerbate the symptoms of these diseases. .


For her part, endocrinologist Yelena Gubkina evaluated the methods of cooking and eating potatoes. According to her, it is not permissible to eat potatoes with the peel, because in the peel a lot of harmful substances from the soil and air accumulate.
