Scientists are shattering a myth about losing weight

Scientists have debunked the popular myth that eating the most calories in the morning affects weight loss, according to reports citing data from the American Heart Association.
The researchers conducted an experiment in which they monitored the eating behavior and health indicators of 41 overweight volunteers for 12 weeks. Participants in one group set their meals at specific hours of the day, and consumed 80 percent of their daily calories before 1:00 p.m.
The second group ate at regular times, consuming half of their daily energy needs after five in the evening, and it was noticed that all the participants received the same healthy food. Weight and blood pressure were measured four times. As a result, it was found that people in both groups of participants lost approximately the same weight. The same applies to pressure dynamics.
