Russian nutritionist Dr. Olga Decker declared that lentil soup is the most beneficial for health.

According to her, lentil soup is rich in protein, and she adds, "although these are plant proteins, they contain 12 amino acids, and we can add animal sources of protein, such as meat, to this soup."

And she adds, lentil soup also contains a high percentage of dietary fiber, which makes it good for health and boosting the immune system.

And the expert points out that the second soup beneficial to health is the vegetable soup with meat broth. Both fresh and frozen vegetables can be used in preparing this soup, she adds.

She says, "You can prepare vegetable soup, adding green beans, zucchini and celery root, as they are a source of simple carbohydrates and dietary fiber, with meat a source of proteins and fats."
