Not brushing your teeth puts you at risk

Experts have warned against neglecting to brush your teeth, as bacteria that accumulate in the mouth can cause a fatal disease.

A recent study revealed that disease-causing organisms surrounding the teeth may contribute to an "extremely aggressive" form of oral cancer.

Squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck is one of the most common types of cancer worldwide, and squamous cell carcinoma of the mouth is a subgroup of it and represents about 90% of all oral malignancies.

The results of the study also indicated that the use of "nicin", which is used as a food preservative, can be a broad treatment and anti-cancer.

The experts said that oral pathogens could explain the development of tumors in the mouth, and experts at the University of California found that three types of pathogens promote tumor formation.
