WHO: Covid-19 patients should limit contact with their pets

The representative of the World Health Organization in Russia, Melita Voinovich, announced that the Corona virus is able to transmit from humans to some types of animals such as dogs, cats, lions, tigers and raccoon dogs.

Voinovic indicated that the study of the impact of the emerging corona virus on animal species is still ongoing, adding that the World Health Organization recommends that people with "Covid-19" (caused by the Corona virus) limit contact with their pets, in anticipation of the emergence of new mutations of the dangerous virus.

It was previously learned that Russia had registered the "Carnivac Cove" vaccine, which is the first protective vaccine against corona in the world intended for animals.
