A jump in Corona injuries and the closure of major cities in Morocco

The ministries of health and the interior of Morocco said today Sunday that the authorities will prevent citizens from entering and leaving some of the largest cities in the Kingdom from midnight to contain a significant increase in cases of Covid-19 disease.

The cities that will shut down Casablanca include the important economic center, Tangier, Marrakech, Fes and Meknes.

And 633 new injuries were recorded, which is one of the largest daily increases in cases so far, raising the total number of injuries to 20,278 and 313 deaths, while recovery cases reached 16,438 cases.
