Before Ramadan ... vegetables and fruits rich in water and vitamins

The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population has identified a number of fruits and vegetables that contain a large percentage of water and are rich in vitamins, in conjunction with the advent of the holy month of Ramadan, in one of the ministry's publications circulating through its official pages on various social media.

The ministry explained the vegetables and fruits that contain a large percentage of water, and are rich in vitamins, including the following:
