The Ministry of Health and Population mentioned some of the benefits of drinking water for children in improving the vital functions of the body, in one of the ministry's publications circulating on its official pages on various social media.
The ministry explained that the benefits of drinking water for children include the following:
Transports nutrients and compounds in the blood
Relieves and facilitates joint mobility
Regulates body temperature
Get rid of waste
The Ministry of Health and Population requires each mother to make sure that her children drink between 8 and 10 glasses of water per day.
